Vision and Expertise

Daniel Weisz is one of the world’s leading podiatrists, the current President of the International Federation of Podiatrists, and the founder of the Israeli Association of Podiatrists and Chiropodists.
From a young age, Daniel aspired to specialize in podiatric medicine and bring relief to patients, after personally experiencing the challenge of an ingrown toenail.

Professional Journey

Education and Specialization: Daniel studied at the University of Westminster in London.
Extensive Clinical Experience: Managed a hospital foot unit, led a diabetic foot unit in a major healthcare organization, and has operated military and private clinics in Israel and worldwide.
Revolutionizing Podiatric Medicine in Israel: Led the fight for the enactment of the “Allied Health Professions Law” in Israel, which officially recognized podiatry as a regulated profession. Today, he serves as the Chairman of the Advisory and Examination Boards for the Ministry of Health.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Daniel has played a key role in developing advanced medical technologies and owns several med-tech startups that help people stay on their feet. Among them was Invertex, a company he co-founded, which developed technology for enhancing e-commerce and was acquired by Nike in 2018.
