Ingrown toenail is the penetration of the edge of a nail into the flesh adjacent to it. Extracted partially of completely (depending on the extent of the problem). And the base of the nail has to be extracted to prevent it from growing anew. This one time treatment solves the condition at its root, and prevents recurrence indefinitely. Out of the thousands of patients treated, the success rate is 99.7%. the treatment includes barely-perceived local anesthesia. Once the area is totally anesthetized, only the affected side is cut, to the root, and the base of the nail is destroyed. Even after the anesthetic has worn off, the area is not necessarily painful. Recovery is fairly rapid.
